YL 7 DAY BIZ BOOTCAMP: DAY 5

Did you enroll a new friend? Congratulations!

 Now comes the fun part... plugging them in, helping them to fall in love with YL too, and walking with them through this crazy fun journey alongside them!

 There are a few basic things you should be doing when you enroll somebody new:

Getting your people connected with education & resources from the very start is one of the BEST ways to ensure that they fall in love with YL as much as you did! Those first 90 days after someone signs up are crucial when it comes to making them lifelong oilers.

And let’s talk specifically about that last item on the list: making sure your newbies have their personal sign up link and helping them pay off their kit!

I know, I know. It sounds intimidating. We don’t want to be pushy or icky or come across as “just another MLM girl”. But, friends knowledge is power! And there is a way that we can let people know about the business opportunity without being salesy at all! Here’s an example of a message you could send right after your new member has gotten their kit:

“Yayy - I’m so happy you got your kit! What did you diffuse first? Make sure you don’t miss the bottom compartment that’s underneath the oils - there’s SO many more goodies down there including your Peace & Calming and your Stress Away!

 I also wanted to make sure you have your personal referral link. You’ll be shocked how many people start asking you questions when they smell what’s in your diffuser or start hearing the stories of how the oils are working for you!

 It works just like any other referral link - when someone uses it to get their own starter bundle, you’ll make $50. Easy peasy!”

^^^add that graphic to the message, and BOOM! You’ve just taught them the basics of running this business.

 And if they sign up 2 friends, and then turn around and help those friends get at least 1 person started with oils, guess what??

 YOU JUST HELP YOUR NEWBIE HIT STAR!!!!!!

 “Can it really be that simple?” YES! It can and it is. Education and knowledge are the name of the game, my friend.

Ready for today’s challenge??!? It’s a GOOD one! Go through every single one of your personally enrolled and send them their personalized sign-up link. (In your VO, go to Member Resource > Link Builder. You can swap out your member ID in the enroller and sponsor box for their member ID and the link will update to be personalized for THEM instead of YOU.)

 DON’T make this a bigger deal than it has to be. It can be a very simple message! 

“Hey Mary! Hope you’re having a beautiful day! I know it’s been a while since you first got your oils, and it occurred to me that I don’t think I ever sent you your personal referral link. If you ever have family or friends that want to get their own starter bundle of oils, they can use your link and you’ll make $50! Pretty sweet deal, huh?! Here ya go!

(insert their link here)”

 Are your pits sweating just thinking about doing this?? GOOD! The best things often come outside of our comfort zones. YOU GOT THIS!

Ok, I know you were already a nervous wreck from thinking about sending those messages, but here’s an added layer of challenge for ya!

 When you send the message with their referral link, add in that you would be happy to help them host an online class (or a zoom or a facetime or a small get together - whatever works best for your situation) for their interested friends. This is basically taking alllll the work (and intimidation) of education off of them and making it seem that much easier for them to make that first $50.
