Our amazing bonus program is coming back April 1!!! WOOOOOO! These changes will help us to build a strong and firm foundation and sustainable growth (what we all want!). I can't wait to see you guys crush this new program.
Soooo what changed?
There is now an element of maintenance for the bonus tracks (remember, we want longterm growth!).
To receive the full bonus, you will have to maintain for 3 months! BUT the incredible thing is, if you don't maintain for a month, that doesn't automatically disqualify you from future bonuses!
For example :
Lilly Lavender hits Executive in April for the first time and earns the $100 bonus. Woo! Go Lilly.
Then she falls back to Senior Star in May. Sorry Lills. No bonus for you.
She gets after it hard in June and reclaims Exec. Boom. She gets the bonus from Month 2 ($150)!
