Yay! Your starter kit is here, you’ve opened it all up, and now you’re like uhhhhh, so now what do I do? I recommend starting by diffusing! Choose one of these blends below, add them to your diffuser, top with water, and let the magic begin! Remember- always start low and slow if you haven’t been exposed to essential oils before. You want to give your body and nose time to adjust- one drop goes a long way!

Now let’s take a minute to walk through your starter kit and see what each oil can do! Click on the images below to enlarge them and learn all about the individual oils and a few more FAQs when it comes to the kit itself!

**please note that currently starter kits include a small bottle of the thieves spray, instead of the thieves cleaner sample packet as listed, which is ready to go and use as is!

How'd you do? Are you feeling more comfortable using your oils? Are you ready to try to make some DIY roller bottles + sprays?

First, head here to order the bottles you’ll need. If you want labels, you can find some on etsy, or I like to make my own using the label maker that is also linked in this shop! You’ll also want to grab a carrier oil- I recommend the coconut oil linked here as well.

If you are looking to dive deeper into what each oil does or how to use oils to assist with specific issues/ailments, I highly recommend downloading this app: Ref Guide 4 EO and grabbing this book off amazon. They are both great starter tools for self research and can be used as quick reference when using your oils!
